Senior Tax Manager – Partner Track

Northern Virginia (Great Falls Area)

Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + Bonus Potential

• Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1065, and 1120S returns
• Take over and manage a steady, referral-based book of individual and fiduciary clients
• Supervise and support junior staff and interns
• Participate in succession planning and leadership initiatives
• Use CCH Axcess and QuickBooks to manage tax workflows

• CPA required; 7–20 years of tax experience in public accounting or family office
• Strong experience with 1040s; willing to learn trusts & estates (1041s) if not already strong
